We had our wedding at this venue and they were good to work with but in the short 9 months working with them they changed coordinators on us 3 times as the previous 2 quit. The experience itself with this venue the day of was almost perfect. The food was not at all how it tasted at our tasting. Much better at tasting then the day of. But overall the day was great. Due to weather we changed our ceremony indoors 3 days prior and we’re accommodated. With the extra time though they still didn’t provide enough seating. They are a bit overpriced and they can’t explain their prices properly as well as have discrepancies with their contracts. For example they have a minimum of as stated in their contract “150 guests” does not state adults only so we had a mix of kids and adults so we were charged extra for the package due to not having the correct number of guests even though we had 173 guests just not all adults. And when discussed with them they ended up increasing my invoice with unexplained charges.

The St. Boniface Golf Club graciously offered their outdoor wedding venue for free through the month of June and they let us use the same offer for our wedding on May 31, 2020.
The venue is beautiful and it really did not need anything to make it perfect. We had to follow some social distancing due to Covid but the venue was diligent to be sure the chairs were distanced and sanitized before we even arrived. Thank you so much for the venue. After our original Vegas plans were cancelled due to Covid it was so amazing to get this beautiful venue for free so we could keep our date and still have a beautiful wedding in these trying times.

We would like to thank Tricia for all the work she put into our event along the 1.5-year planning process. Tricia was a pleasure to work with and we appreciated her attention to detail. From answering our emails in a timely manner to satisfying all our requests, we appreciated her professionalism and experience in helping make our wedding day as spectacular as we could have hoped for. We truly had an amazing beautiful wedding day surrounded by our closest family and friends at St.B!
There were a few things we were disappointed in how the evening was handle. Despite St. Boniface’s professionalism prior to the event, that did not continue into the evening of our wedding. Overall, we would give the service leading up to the day and the day itself a glowing review. We would give the service received the night of a poor-mixed review. Our supervisor was tough to deal with, difficult to find and we felt as if the day of events did not live up to the expectations we had prior.

Some examples are overall miscommunication with what was on our reception function sheet and what unfolded during the evening of our wedding. For example, was told there would be two gravy’s out for the poutine bar, but there was only one the night of (so that wasted some time in the evening trying to get an answer). Was told by Morgan Friday at our rehearsal that we would have an indoor arch (similar to set-up outside) if the wedding took place inside, which it did, and we were left with no arch and Floral Fixx scrambled to creatively put an arch on the back window. Was also told cake cutting was included in our package but at the time there was no knife or plates prepared, we had to request it all. I have left out other complaints not mentioned here but I think you get the idea of our mixed-review = we had heard great things about other staff and other weddings at St. Boniface, but also heard some mixed reviews. Our review would be quite mixed as well based on the service received vs. the expectations we had.

There are things we wished could have been addressed before and during our wedding that wasn’t. Employee didn’t follow our play list for myself walking down the isle. Had no idea where the solium was that we had included in our costs so that was unusable.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the St. Boniface Golf Course in December of 2018. Overall, our experience was excellent. From day one, when we were considering St. B. for our wedding, Tricia was extremely prompt at responding to our emails. Throughout all the planning (and even after the event) she is very helpful and responds as quickly as possible. Our experience with the Open House and Taste Testing helped us to plan our wedding. During our wedding rehearsal, we met our event manager, Ashley, and she was fantastic as well. On the day of, the staff were all very helpful and looked very happy to be working there. Our food was excellent and all dietary restrictions were carefully followed. Our decor was placed exactly as requested. At the end of the night one of the workers even helped to make sure our decor got carefully put into the car. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience, it was amazing.

We had our wedding this August at St.Boniface Golf Club! It was amazing! From the decor to the food to the photographer to the dj. I would absolutely recommend St.b to anyone planning a wedding. You can't beat the big beautiful windows and high ceiling! Tricia is wonderful to work with. She answers all questions quickly and gives great advice!

We had our wedding at the St Boniface Golf Club on June 23/18 and it was nothing but perfection! Tricia the event coordinator answered all of our questions very quickly! They were very flexible with all of our needs. The venue was gorgeous (they help set up your guest tables!!), the food was incredible - we did a buffet which was perfect! Everyone had lots of options, including the desert station (included!!!) they kept changing the cakes/pies/tortes every time they refilled it! We also had a lot of guests who had dietary restrictions and they easily met all of their requests - People are still coming to me, telling me how it was probably their best wedding meal ever (those with dietary restrictions and not).

The staff were courteous, extremely helpful if anyone needed anything.

The dance floor was recently expanded; which was perfect for our group because we liked to dance! The vault ceiling and the view of the golf course are breathtaking! There is not enough I can say about this venue and staff!

We got the Winter Wedding Package, it was so great. So much included- DJ, Dinner, Dessert, Linens. It was so great to have a one spot shop!

The room is beautiful and the food is delicious! Get in here for your wedding if you can!

Beautiful venue! We had our ceremony and reception all take place here. Leading up to our wedding we dealt with Tricia; she was amazing, easy to work with and always had an answer to all our questions. She was also our officiant, which she was also amazing at. Bartenders at our wedding were great! Very quick, friendly and Always knew what myself and the groom wanted to drink. I only saw the Banquet manager once the whole night, good thing we had a wedding planner to assist us with anything we needed. When we came to pick up all our wedding décor three separate items were missing...and they still have yet to be found. Not sure how all these things can just vanish? Banquet manager can't seem to give us an answer about what happened with our items either. Don't know if he knows what's going on or what, which is too bad as this venue is gorgeous and everything else about it we loved.

We purchased the venue' s winter package. Leading up to the day the event manager was organized and prompt, however I was disappointed in the service staff at the event due to:
- The bar was opened late, and there was often only 1 bartender on staff throughout the evening.
- I had many guests voice concerns about full beverages they had just ordered being cleared early in the evening. - - The remaining sweets and desserts on the sweets table were thrown out in lieu of being packed up for us to take home.
It's a really beautiful venue, but the service left a lot to be desired.
