This space features magnificent West Coast scenery, an unforgettable waterfall, snow-capped mountain views and an exquisite garden ceremony site with arbutus trees, all of which serve as stunning backgrounds for memorable photos with loved ones.

Facilities and capacity

In their Clubhouse, they offer three stunning rooms that feature floor to ceiling windows, breathtaking views and gorgeous wrap-around patios. Future newlyweds have the choice to use individual rooms or combine them. These facilities have a capacity from 20 to 250 guests.

The Clubhouse has had a recent modern renovation and the Restaurant was re-branded as Table Nineteen in 2020.

Services offered

Their fantastic services include customized event planning and coordination, a chauffuered limousine golf chart to assist your guests with mobility issues and take you out to their gorgeous photo locations, set up, clean up, rehearsal, free wifi and the use of the boardroom for one of the wedding couple to get ready in.

Couples can also take advantage of event furnishings such as head, cake, gift, guest book and DJ tables as well as signage, table linens in various colours, skirting in white or black, linen napkins in different colours, place settings, cutlery, glassware, table numbers, tea light candles and white folding chairs and two pillars for the outside ceremony. Wireless microphones, podiums, projectors and screens and their audio system are also available.

Cuisine

Delicious in-house catering is available and newlyweds are able to choose from several different dining options. Plated dinners, reception enhancements, hors d'oeuvres and late night snacks can also be enjoyed.
