I can’t even begin to express how amazing this venue is. Second to none!
Kayla immediately put me at ease from the very beginning of the planning process. She had an answer for every question I had and was even able to assist with the fine details such as ceremony and reception timelines.
The bridal room was so convenient to have and a great place where I was able to gather with all of my side of the wedding party on the day of to ensure that we were organized. We were provided food and drinks and individual service at all times and at no point Did I feel our needs are not being addressed.
Kayla coordinated with my vendors while I was busy getting ready to ensure everything was perfect for our big day.
Kayla‘s ability to organize and direct a large wedding party and make us all feel at ease was amazing. The team was ready after the ceremony to ensure that we all got our perfect photos at the beautiful grounds in golf course.
The food presentation was beautiful and the quality was phenomenal. All of my guests have raved about the food. The bartending staff made all of my guests feel like VIPs at all times even remembering their names and what they were drinking.
The attention to details even some that I would’ve never thought of was outstanding and Words truly can’t express how amazing this venue is. I will not hesitate to consider this venue again for our next big event. You want a venue manager who will help your day go seamlessly? Go here. Kayla was a godsend and honestly kind of a therapist. You are helped with budget, timeline, vendors, seating charts, you name it, you can ask for a helping hand. Communication is phenomenal and Kayla was always ok with us coming in for a quick meeting if I was having a crisis. She connected with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. All our guests raved about the food, even at the rehearsal dinner everyone was absolutely blown away.
It ended up raining on our wedding day, but Kayla was on it and got a giant tent to cover everything. There are also some really cool places to take photos on sight, I only have sneak peeks, and even those are amazing. Of course no bride wants to take outside pictures in the rain, but we made it work.
Everyone said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Can't say enough good things about this venue.Meadow Gardens Golf Club's reply:

Surpassed my expectations a million times over !
From searching for a venue , booking Meadow Gardens to wedding day , Kayla and Erin were absolutely incredible. We had to select food , give guest totals and pay , the ladies literally did everything else. I am amazed at how flawless our wedding was. They timed everything perfectly so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. If you’re planning a wedding and want it to be stress free , book with Kayla ! The food was incredible ! Our guests are still talking about it !!
10 stars is not enough in my opinion !!

All Expectations Met
From the very first meeting, Kayla was wonderful. She walked us through the whole venue, discussed all the options and then let us have a sit down to ask any questions. We toured a few venues and this one just felt the most put together which gave us confidence in their ability to manage our day. Kayla was responsive to all emails generally within 24 hours as long as it was a working day for her, and once closer to the wedding date, she tended to respond within an hour on average. Everything we were promised in the lead up occurred which I know was an issue for some friends at other venues. The golf course is beautiful and has a lot of options for photos. The bridal suite is an actual room which is great. We did not get ready there as it would be a bit tight for the number in my wedding party plus vendors, but it was great to have a place to store items, to relax before the ceremony, and to take a moment to "get away" and reset as needed throughout the ceremony. The food was good, especially the prime rib and the mushroom ravioli. One recommendation I have is rent some draping for the room. We were in the Ebony room, and while the size and layout was great, the wood paneling wall felt a bit dated. Throwing up some draping made a world of difference. Absolutely Amazing
From the first moment we stepped in to Meadow Gardens golf club we were very impressed with the whole experience.Kayla was absolutely attentive to our requests and questions. The Wedding day was perfect in every way. The staff were very attentive to our guests,the food was amazing and overall it was definitely a 5+star experience..
