Facilities and Capacity
Rich in history and lovingly restored, our ballroom will exceed your expectations and leave a lasting impression on you and your guests. Located on the third floor of the Clubhouse, our grand ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests. The room's neutral décor showcases stunning Escarpment views and effortlessly transforms your vision into reality. Our ballroom provides an extraordinary backdrop for your reception, complete with high ceilings and a large dancefloor in the center of the room.
Located on the second floor of our Clubhouse, our Bertram Lounge offers an intimate, pub-style environment for your guests to mingle in during your cocktail hour. Complete with a large wrap-around bar, and low lighting, your guests are sure to enjoy mixed drinks and hors d'oeuvres in our Bertram Lounge, before heading into the Ballroom for the first time.

WOW, Dundas Valley 11/10
What an amazing experience from start to finish we had with Dundas Valley, Jordan our day of coordinator turned BFF was phenomenal. Honestly, I’m not sure what service you get at other venues but this was top notch. From answering emails within minutes to making everything run exactly how we envisioned - she was top notch!!!!
We are so pleased with booking Dundas Valley, it’s definitely a day we will rave about for years to come & send anyone and everyone looking to get married there!! Antonio who took over after dinner was finished was such a treat, he was the life of the party while still performing his work duties, our bartender Michelle worked overtime for our friends who occupied the bar all night! They were both so was amazing!!!!! We will forever love Dundas Valley, thank you for giving us our best day ever.

Best venue ever!
Everyone at Dundas Valley made our day feel so special from the beginning of planning to the big day. We loved how personalized everything was and how the staff made us feel so important throughout the whole process. Jordan was so amazing with answering all my little questions throughout the process and making our dreams come true. Also, the food was amazing and we received so many positives comments about how delicious the menu was and how large the portions were. I would highly reccomend this venue to anybody!!!

Fall wedding
Can’t say enough good things about DVCC. We got married early November and had the best experience. The decor, food and staff were amazing during the planning and execution of our wedding. Special thanks to Jordan, Antonio, and Brenda. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an event space. The ballroom is stunning on its own, but once the florals and decor is added it’s something special.

Perfect October Wedding at Dundas Valley
Thank you Dundas Valley for helping us create the most beautiful and perfect day of our lives! We are so happy that we chose to have our October 2023 wedding at DVGCC. 10 out of 10, would get married there again! The venue views are absolutely stunning, the food is delicious, and the staff are exceptional. It's truly a one-stop shop, and they manage to make wedding planning both easy and enjoyable. From our first visit, Nancie was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Jordan, the head event coordinator, is an absolute dream to work with - personable, funny, responsive, and effective. She always made us feel prepared and at ease, and she answered any and all questions promptly. Special shout out to our day-of event captains, Antonio and Meesa, for doing everything with a smile - holding my dress, bringing us food, making us feel comfortable, and ensuring that the day went smoothly. Our guests are still raving about our wedding and how amazing the views, food, and entertainment (DJ Rob!) are at DVGCC. Lastly, the tasting event that they put on for couples is fantastic, and DVGCC is also a great spot for your rehearsal dinner! Thank you infinitely. We love Dundas Valley! xo

October wedding of my dreams!!
My husband and I had the absolute BEST experience with Dundas Valley!! From the very beginning we felt like the staff had our best interest at heart. They were hospitable, kind, helpful and so organized!! The entire wedding planning process was so easy with them. They took so much off our plate and took such great care of us. They executed our vision perfectly and made our wedding day ran so smoothly. We cannot recommend Dundas Valley enough!!!

Dundas events team = my new best friends
I have so much love for the entire Dundas Valley Events team for their professionalism and brilliant execution of the day we had visioned. From our first encounter with our Event coordinator, Jordan, it was fun and organized planning from the start! Jordan was our Go-to girl for all our questions and she did just that, not to mention her response time is impressive!! I’ve had emails sent back to me within minutes, this helps a frantic bride… big time!! Jordan made sure we had everything lined up and in order for the perfect day. To our surprise, we were given THE BEST event leads for the day of, Antonio and Brenda. Their delivery and execution of the day was perfect. Brenda made sure all my decor was where I wanted it to be, and made sure everyone was in their places for the entrances into the ballroom. She would also check in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly and even took the time to say goodbye before she left, which meant the world!
Antonio is such a fun and outgoing guy who made our day enjoyable from taking us around in the golf carts for photos, to catering our guests at the wedding and for joining us in the fun of taking a photo at our photo booth. If I could give this team 10+stars I would!! This day wouldn’t of been possible without them. Love Kelly & Adrian.

Excellent service, beautiful venue, delicious food!
We had a very specific vision in mind when we were searching for our venue, but our biggest concerns were the natural light, the grounds, and the food. Dundas Valley checked all of those boxes and more. The venue itself is filled with three walls worth of windows and overlooks a stunning golf course nestled within the escarpment. The natural light that fills the venue is breathtaking. The food at Dundas was the best we have had at any wedding ever, and this was echoed by our guests when it comes to the quality and plating of the food. The staff, especially Nancy and Jordan, are incredible. They are so involved, incredibly accommodating, and we’re always willing to answer our many MANY questions. They really go above and beyond to ensure that you’re experience with them is unforgettable, and it truly feels like you’re working with a tight-knit family. The servers on our wedding day were all so kind and helpful, constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. I wish I had all their names so I could shout them about because they were truly so lovely. The venue even supplies some decor for you if you choose to use it, like frames, table numbers, card boxes, napkins, etc. we cannot say enough kind things about this place and would recommend it to anyone hosting an event. Thank you Dundas Valley for making our wedding day so magical and unforgettable!

Absolutely Perfect!
I’m not even sure where to start, the entire process of dealing with everyone at Dundas Valley was an absolute dream. From talking to Nancie when first booking our venue she was super nice and helpful, always very responsive. Want to give the biggest shoutout to our Coordinator Jordan she helped organize and plan the entire day from the layout and everything in between she was incredibly helpful. We asked so many questions which we thought were stupid questions lol but she always gave us reassurance and was there to help every single step of the way. We had Antonio as our captain for the actual day and he was also amazing! He helped us all day long and dealt with our rowdy wedding party 😂 they all loved him and said how funny he was. We had a larger wedding for the venue and was worried how it was going to look all set up but the layout was absolutely perfect and it looked amazingggg! One thing we were also worried about was the food. We’ve been to many weddings where we have dinner and are still hungry it seems to be the norm nowadays. However we both couldn’t even finish our dinners we were so full, we had sooo many compliments about how delicious the food was and how full everyone was which was nice to hear! The servers we’re also so great and quick at bringing everything out! We had Peter as our bartender and he absolutely rocked it! 2 families that really like to drink and have a good time and everyone was talking about how great Peter was and how good of a job he did taking care of everyone which says a lot! Another shoutout to DJ Rob! He was so personable and constantly checking in with us to make sure the timeline was how we liked it and we even made a few adjustments on the fly and he made it work perfectly. Such a great personality who really seemed to care about us and how we wanted everything to go he was awesome. I truly cannot say enough good things about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the staff was I literally could go on forever. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for making mine and Brontes special day the best one of our lives. And it’s all thanks to everyone at Dundas Valley

Most beautiful venue and the best experience with the DV team!
I am so happy we made the decision to have our wedding reception at Dundas Valley Golf and Curling Club. After visiting many different venues, I knew Dundas Valley was the best fit for us. They provide excellent service which really helped in making the day perfect. The Dundas Valley team is amazing! From Nancie to Jordan, Zoe, and their day of staff - they were all very welcoming, helpful, upbeat and friendly. You can tell they really enjoy doing what they do! Jordan the events coordinator, is super friendly and easy to work with. She was always very quick to answer any questions I had which made it easy to really plan and prepare for our big day. The food was delicious. I worried whether our guest would like the food because some guests can really criticize it, but all our guests loved the food! The feedback we got from them was that the food was really good, and the space combined with the golf course backdrop and terrace is stunning, and I 100% agree with them. I really liked how DV provided some décor options, it really helped to take some things off my plate. They also provided a day of coordinator which most places do not do, so it was great touch to the service they provide. Zoe, our day of team lead was great. We met with her a week prior to our wedding day to ensure that everything will be set up correctly. Rob, their in-house DJ was also a big help with making sure our program flowed on the day of. Compared to all the other venues I considered, with DV’s pricing and what they offer, it is definitely worth booking with them. I highly recommend having your wedding at Dundas Valley and thank you so much to everyone there who helped make our day so special.

Most Magical Day of My Life
I just got married August 27th, 2023 and Dundas Valley truly made it a dream come true. Everything was set up exactly how I wanted, the food was immaculate. Not only was the view absolutely beautiful, the staff was so accommodating and amazing. The staff really helped me put together my dreams for the perfect day, and made sure everything went smoothly. I had so many last minute changes and Jordan the event coordinator, along with the rest of the Dundas staff didn't hesitate to make sure everything went perfectly. The location alone is really what sold me and everything else was just the cherry on top!
