If I could give 100/10 I would- Alex and his team made us feel like family- my only regret is not getting photos with Alex and the whole team because I want to include them in my wedding album, they made our wedding day absolutely magical and all of our guests are still raving about the food. We didn't have our ceremony on site but I was fortunate enough to get ready in the Bridal Suite and it was the perfect touch to start the day. The limo service was prompt and on time and when we got back to the Atrium for the cocktail hour and reception we were greeted with a literal red carpet. Our personal waiter Ruben did not miss a beat, as soon as he saw I finished my glass of water he was right there refilling it. Don't even get me started with the FOOD- Alex you need to sell your Lobster Bisque because I will be the first one to order it in CASES. The staff at the Atrium not only makes you feel special on your day but they also keep everything moving but still give the space to you and your guests to have special moments. If my husband and I had to do it all over again we'd always choose the Atrium in a heartbeat. You have no idea how special you made our day and we will forever be grateful.

The Atrium definitely delivered for our recent wedding. It's hidden away in a beautiful glass building, in a section of Burlington that you would've never thought. My Guests were all blown away from the minute they arrived. We went with their Stress Free Package. All the vendors were included and are dealt with by Alex directly. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception there. I have had the opportunity to use the Bridal Suite to get ready. Mind Blown! The venue is spacious enough to hold our 100 guests but are able to accommodate more. From the exterior, interior, the food, the staff, the ambiance - everything was on point. Every single staff member gave their 100% to the day. My guests are still raving about the day! -

We were so thrilled with our experience with the Atrium. From the moment we met Alex we knew that this was the place for us - his ability to make you feel taken care of and special is unmatched. We booked with the Atrium back before COVID so had to post pone our date and Alex was so accommodating and always reached out with updates to keep our worries at bay, which was so appreciated.
Throughout the planning process both Alex and Kylie were super helpful and very prompt in their responses. From helping us to secure services to providing us with details needed for other vendors.
On the day of everything exceeded our expectations. The Atrium truly helped us create the best day of our lives. We were so impressed with Tanner and Patrick and their ability to handle any curve balls we threw their way. Our guests have been raving about the food for the past two months and we’ve had so many compliments on what an amazing day it was. We truly couldn’t have asked for better.
Thank you to the entire Atrium staff for making our day so special!!! My husband and I would absolutely recommend this venue - you are in amazing hands from the moment you walk in. -

If you want to feel like a princess on your wedding day... look no further!! We booked the Atrium for our wedding in 2022 because of so many reasons - amazing food, attention to detail, and wedding package like no other. We recently found out my Nana would not make it to our wedding next year and were in a pinch to have a quick ceremony so she could be there. Alex was so wonderful in helping coordinate this day for us in ONE WEEK. He offered to contact all the vendors I wanted there to discuss the circumstances so I wouldn’t have to worry about the planning while under so much stress after receiving my Nana’s poor prognosis. He even worked with my budget because this was so sudden and we didn’t have time to save. This day could not have been more perfect for us. Everything went so smoothly, the food was amazing, and I truly felt like a princess on my wedding day. It was the most amazing experience and it helped knowing everything was taken care of for me. This wedding makes us even more excited to be part of the Atrium family -

Where do we even begin! We became part of The Atrium family in 2019 for our wedding in 2020 and we all know how 2020 & 2021 went! We were FINALLY able to proceed with our wedding in March 2022 and WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Throughout our 3 year journey navigating through a global pandemic and first time planning a wedding, Alex & Kylie were right beside us every step of the way. As a highly organized person, it was a breeze working with The Atrium team who were also highly organized before, during and after our special day. We felt supported, appreciated, valued, and heard throughout those unprecedented 2 years. When we were finally able to resume planning, we did so with great excitement. I describe our wedding day as’ magical’. From the moment I walked in that morning to the moment we were dropped off at the hotel, we felt like royalty – nothing but red carpet service for the entire event. Let’s talk food … WOW WOW WOW - exceptional quality, amazing plating, large portions, mouthwatering flavour – everything was to die for! Our guests are still raving about the food! From the bottom of our hearts we THANK everyone at The Atrium, we truly had the best night of our lives! Michelle & Adrian -

Honestly never write negative reviews. Went for a viewing today, was greeted and told to wait in the bridle sweet as he was running a little behind (ok not a problem) waited in the bridle sweet for 35 minutes no one came for an update so went back to reception (another 5 min to see someone) told them we are going to tour ourselves and will see our guide down in the reception hall. They said ok he’ll be down shortly, no one came down after another 15 min of waiting so we will not be having our reception there solely based on our experience there.
I thought there might be a follow up call or email to see what we thought and pricing etc. I have received nothing. -

Beautiful and excellent service
The atrium hosted my bridal shower. In the weeks leading up to it they helped me plan everything and were so professional, patient and kind with me and my mom/mother in law despite all of our questions and changing plans. The room my shower was held in was absolutely stunning, they did a beautiful job decorating it. The food was delicious and all my guests have been reaching out to tell me how much they enjoyed the venue and food all week. The best part was the service. The staff are positive, friendly and attentive. Everyone had a great time at my shower and I would recommend the atrium for any event - they go above and beyond for their clients. -
