  A beautiful venue made better by the kind and helpful staff.

  I fell in love with this venue the moment I saw it. The price is reasonable and they provided all that made sense for a wedding venue - tables, chairs, sound equipment - while still offering the flexibility of allowing us to bring in our own caterer, DJ and decor. What decor we did bring was minimal as the venue already has such incredible character. We were allowed access to many indoor and outdoor areas for photos.
  
  Kara and Andrew were incredible and I couldn't be happier with their kindness and effort. They offered so much flexibility with layout, set up and tear down times and our wedding day timeline, and were easy to communicate with.
  
  I strongly recommend this hidden gem of a venue.

  Outdoor tent wedding on CMU grounds

  We had an absolutely wonderful reception at 500 Shaftesbury. The staff were generous with their time, answering all our questions and hosting many of our guests as well. Even though the wedding was outside, we accessed the indoors for bathrooms as well as beautiful photo opps!

  This is an amazing venue and definitely one of a kind! The architecture and grounds are so beautiful! We had our Ceremony outside on the law and having this magnificent building as our backdrop was simply stunning.
