  Incredible hospitality!

  I would use The Diplomat again for an event in a heartbeat. Their event coordinators are extremely responsive, and the whole team is so accommodating. Every question I had or change I wanted to make was adjusted, and even if something wasn’t possible, the team did everything they could to make us happy! I have nothing but positive things to say about them. Restaurant weddings are a VIBE!

  There is no better venue

  To say that the diplomat staff are wonderful would be an understatement. My expectations were overwhelmingly exceeded I the best way possible. From the food, to the atmosphere, they made the reception feel exactly what I wanted and more.

  The perfect wedding

  I can’t say enough about how happy we were with our wedding at The Diplomat. The food was raves about by our guests. The service was amazing. And the pre-wedding event planning was extremely professional and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

  Everything went perfectly and we loved it, the Diplomat team were amazing and made it such an easy time for us!

  Fantastic Restaurant Wedding Experience in the Heart of Hamilton

  We hosted our wedding at The Diplomat and were thrilled with the whole experience. They made the planning process fun and easy, and were very flexible to see our vision. We hosted 76 people including children. The food was outstanding. We still get compliments on the quality and taste of the food. Our guests loved the service that night. The atmosphere at The Diplomat is great. We had a great space for cocktails, dinner and a dance floor. The value was outstanding. The Diplomat is a very reasonably priced option for a restaurant wedding. We loved our whole experience and would definitely recommend working with The Diplomat to any other couple looking for a restaurant wedding. Some comments from our guests the following day through email were: “Thank you for a wonderful evening last night!!! What a fabulous spot - the food was delicious and it had the coolest atmosphere.”

  “I missed thanking you for asking me to attend a great event. The front desk at the hotel told us it was a great location,certainly the food and the service was first class.”
