We hired Memoir booth for our wedding reception in August, we paid for a Photo Booth and audio guest book. It is now September and we still have yet to get the audiobook, there have been countless lies after lies!
We were told that we would receive the audiobook the day after the reception did not happen!! They have stopped all communication with us, we have tried countless times to speak with them but they do not answer or respond to any of our messages! I believe they have lost the audiobook. I only want my money back as I have not received what I paid for! This is the worst vendor ever. This audiobook was going to have great memories of our family and friends that we could listen to over and over again and now because of this we can’t have them! I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK MEMOIR

Absolutely terrible experience with Memoir Booth.
I initially booked a package that included a photobooth, 360 video, and audiobook services. On the day of my reception, they didn’t set up the 360 video—according to them, it wasn’t working. The worst part? They never communicated this to me. I had to follow up myself, and while I was disappointed, I still paid them for the remaining services.

That’s when things really went downhill. Despite multiple follow-ups about the audiobook files, I kept getting vague responses that they were “looking into it.” Eventually, they stopped answering my emails and phone calls altogether. At this point, I’m almost certain they lost the audio files—but instead of being honest or refunding me for the service I never received, they just ghosted me.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with—horrible customer service, completely unprofessional, and honestly feels like a scam. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
