Bad Experience, Wouldn’t recommend
We used Kristys services for a photo booth at our wedding, while we had positive feedback from some of our guests overall it was a not worth the cost.
To start, the photo booth DIDNT work for over an hour upon arrival, when I spoke to the gentleman in charge of setting it up, he informed me “your just going to have to wait”. This left us 45 minutes of actual photo booth time, and not the 2 hours I had booked and paid for.
The photo booth I ordered wasn’t what showed up, as apparently we got an “upgrade” which I wouldn’t consider at all... it wasn’t what I was promised or signed at the wedding show.
It’s been 2 months since our wedding and I’ve tried to contact Kristy multiple times with no response to get our USB of the photos taken (again part of my contract but have yet to be provided it).
Overall, stay away - it’s not worth it!

Hi Tarlyn,
Thank you for sharing your experience. I would obviously like to address your concerns.
1) Our contract clearly states that we require 1.5 hours for setup. Our attendant arrived onsite 2 hours early and was not let into the space to setup until 45 minutes before the scheduled start time, thus causing a late start to the rental. Our attendant did however honor 2 hours of runtime, which the time stamps of the photos taken of the photo booth can verify.
Unfortunately our Mirror Me was damaged the prior weekend at an event, and it was mentioned to you prior to your event that we unfortunately could not use that Mirror and you would be upgraded to our Brand New Mirror X model which we charge more for. You were okay with this arrangement. If you were not, we would have been happy to refund you your money paid and not sent an attendant.
Your wedding was on Sept 7, 2019 and the photos have been sent to your email address twice via Wetransfer. On September 9th and again after you emailed saying you had not received them.
Again I thank you for your review, unfortunately the facts of your review are not correct and needed clarification.
