This venue was absolutely stunning and perfect for our magical outdoor wedding. It was calling for bad weather but we didn't have to worry as there is also an indoor venue space to use. Barb was so helpful and very responsive. She made our day perfect..I would definitely recommend this space

I cannot begin to explain how much this place made our special day so magical.
Considering we’re on a budget, everyone stated you cannot tell I was. Most of the people that came up to us asked where did we found this place. And honestly, god lead me here.
And I’m entirely grateful for it.

Barb was a huge help. And words cannot express how beautiful this venue truly is.

Barb was amazing! Everything she did was exactly what and how I wanted it. She was always willing to answer questions. During COVID, planning a wedding was stressful enough but she made it so much easier! Would recommend her 100000000/10. For sure!

I am so grateful that I found this beautiful venue at the time that I did. I had originally booked my indoor wedding for the end of September 2020 but because of COVID19, that had to be adjusted. Oasis fell into my hands at the most stressful time of my life. I always wanted an outdoor wedding and my dream came true. The venue is absolutely stunning and the pictures do NOT do it justice. All my guests including the officiant were in love with it and couldn’t believe I found it. I had an intimate wedding with 100 people, just close family and friends and it was absolutely perfect. Barb was super helpful and kept me organized during the process and helped tremendously on the wedding day. They also provide tons of free loan items which I utilized. I have nothing but good things to say about this place except be prepared to do a lot of work unless you’re hiring staff. This is not a banquet hall and everything including food to drinks to table setup etc. needs to be done externally. Although we enjoyed the wedding, my family of 8 was working nonstop. The only regret I have is not hiring more wait staff!

Our wedding dreams were ruined when our original venue screwed us over with just two weeks left to our wedding date. Two years of planning down the drain. But everything happens for a reason. We chose this venue to plan our new wedding and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! With 100 guests fitting comfortably under tents outside we were surrounded by beautiful nature, willows, a pond and even a cute bridge. Not only is the venue filled with many photo opportunities but it is so unique it truly gives you that elegant country style. As for Barb the venues manager, we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and amazing help! Barb was more like a wedding planer than a manager. We could text/call at any hour of the day and she responded ASAP. She was extremely helpful day of wedding, always present and whenever needed quick to help. Words cannot describe how happy we were with the venue. We only wish we found The Oasis Country Retreat sooner!

This was THE most amazing place to get married!! Country rustic...loved it! Barb was amazing helping us through every detail. I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding..an event...truly a magical place. I can't say enough about our wedding day here. WOW!

What a great place for any celebration! It is the perfect place for a wedding or an anniversary or any other celebration. Everything you need in one place even beautiful landscape for pictures of your event.

I would just like to address the "anti lgbtq" comment from a previous post. The venue itself is owned by the Roman Orthodox Church... so due to that fact, whatever takes place on the property needs to follow the cultural association guidelines. That being said, Barb did tell us (and LGBTQ couple) that we could request permission from the Bishop as to weather or not we could have an event there. So it is not up to Barb (the event organizer that you deal with, she is lovely), it is up to The Church. Not that I agree with it, but it is not my place to cause an uproar on a religion that I am not a part of.

I was a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding this weekend and everything was absolutely spectacular. My friend had to reschedule her wedding due to COVID-19 and Barb was by her side the entire time to answer any questions and remain easy going and flexible. The venue has so much opportunity to truly turn your vision into reality! Once we set up all the decor, tables, etc. things really came together and it's safe to say the bride/groom and guests loved it! The venue is large both inside and outside and as mentioned - there are so many ways to turn this place into what you'd want.

Barb was present the entire night and was always checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly. She was always there to offer ideas and had many resources for outside vendors! Would definitely recommend this place!

Barb the venue coordinator is literally an angel. She stays from start to finish and helps out. She even fluffed my train for me before I walked down the aisle. She was there Friday as we set up in case we had any questions. She cleaned up at end of the wedding night too so when we came to tear down Sunday there was like no garbage or cans etc.

When you first see it , it looks kinda bland. But once you get the decor up it's incredible. There is a lady who has made custom draping for the place and it's gorgeous ! Barb has a ton of free rentals (wood rounds, wine glasses, signs, jars, etc) which was awesome. Both inside and outside is so pretty. The views outside is gorgeous. There is option of indoor or outdoor setting for reception. We did ceremony outside by the water and reception inside.

Barb was always available at any time for questions and texts and is soooo respectful and reasonable. She was always avaliable. I mean always. I text this woman a lot.

Barb also provides a list of suggested vendors and not one dissapointed. She suggested the catering company. Rick Knibbs catering and all the guests raved about the food. Legit not a single left over. She suggested signature weddings by Lisa for all our linens and special touches. It was so beautiful.

One of the amazing things about this venue is you bring in all your own vendors which saves so much money. The venue is already so reasonably priced. And with a women like Barb it's worth every penny.
