Sept 11, 2019 They closed their doors without warning.
Unbelievable that a company would take orders from customers then close their doors unexpectedly and suddenly without warning, without any ability to contact them for a refund. No refunds were offered. Shameful. -

Wrong size, poor quality, expensive
I went there to rent a tuxedo for my friend's wedding. They tailored it to my fit, but when I took it and fit it at home, white dress is so tight i can't even button the collar. Pants is 2 inches above the shoe, i looked like wearing a 6th grader pants. I didn't have time to return and have it changed due to work and other commitments. Be careful with this store! I will never come back! Oh, and tie is like a $2 from AliExpress... -

Good but not great
My groom and his groomsmen all rented from Tuxedo Royale. While they have many options provided to match our colours perfectly, the customer service could have been better. They were instructed to pick up their suits only 3 days before the wedding (maybe that’s typical? Seems too close to me, doesn’t leave much room for error). When pick up time came, some items didn’t fit the boys properly, despite them going in for measurements (5 months ahead of time), and the ties were completely wrong. Good news is, they were able to correct in time, but would have been nice not to happen at all. -

Tuxedo Royale
My husband and I chose to purchase our wedding party suits rather than rent them and we got a great deal from Tuxedo Royale. Although the price and quality of the suits were great...our whole experience was not pleasant. We began searching for our June wedding in March and were told to come in sooner rather than later to avoid the prom rush. We took the associates advice and ended up having our entire bridal party come into the store the next week and were told we would have the suits within 2-3 weeks. 2.5 months later...we still had no suits. Every time we called or went into the store to speak with someone we were told they would be here by the end of the week, or, that they would call head office and get back to us...but each week rolled by and there was nothing for us. When we hit our patience limit, we spoke to the store manager who was able to rush the suits to the store from the distribution facility within the week. All seemed to finally be working out, until we tried the suits on. Even though each of our groomsmen and the groom were measured, many of them had suits that were too big (the groom being one of them). In a final kicker to end our experience, one of our groomsmen went to pick up his suit and to his surprise was given a suit jacket and pants that did not match. When he told them this was not going to work, the store said they would not be able to get him the matching set by the wedding and would offer him a 30% discount if he took the suit as is!!! Thankfully, our groomsman would not give up and spoke to head office who made sure the correct suit was sent to the store in time for the wedding...and in the right colour. Overall...we were not impressed and I would not recommend them to anyone. We never left the store feeling like anyone knew what was going on. -

Amazing staff
We bought a suit for my husband to wear on our wedding day. Very impressed with the location in the Pickering town center. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond. The fit was amazing and the suit looked great! Would definitely reccomend and go back for future opportunities. -

They were awesome from start to finish.... the suits and tux were good quality and they let my dad purchase one of their shirts to wear. A friend of the family was also extremely happy with their services too for their wedding.Tuxedo Royale's reply:
