  The best day, happily married at Waring House!

  We had our wedding and a mini-moon at the Waring House.
  
  Our day was incredible, we look forward to visiting on our anniversary.
  
  Food - the food was fresh, local and delicious. We also loved breakfast in Amelia’s garden and lunches in the pub! Great food, drinks & desserts!
  
  Gardens - beautiful, our wedding was July 22nd and the gardens were amazing at this time of year.
  
  The staff - a few special moments
  A flower girl excitedly spotting the chocolate cake and our lovely server swapped hers out - made her very happy!
  
  I thought I lost my grandmothers charm, which was on my bouquet. The staff shared the image and asked everyone for me - then checked back in with us. Luckily it was found!
  
  Breakfast/future meals. The host and servers recognized us (bride and groom) and made us feel so special/celebrated throughout our stay.
  
  Wedding coordinator - Melinda! She was one of the main reasons we selected the Waring House. She was patient with all of my last minute changes, pulling different linens, more than once, even letting me change linens at the last minute. After a scheduling conflict (our error in booking our outside vendor) , Melinda worked with our officiant to find a new officiant within three days of our wedding. Melinda was able to tailor our package to our needs and budget. Melinda was very knowledgeable and recommended many local vendors - helpful as we were unfamiliar with the area.
  
  My only advice to future clients is make sure you communicate clearly what you want, your expectations and ask questions!

  Beautiful wedding

  We had a wonderful time at the Waring house. We made our wedding a weekend event with our entire family staying on site from Friday to Sunday. The venue was beautiful. They were also extremely accommodating the day before the wedding someone informed me they wanted to bring a plus one and they accommodated no problem.

  Wedding planner nightmare

  Had wedding there this past weekend, the hall was dirty, still had dirt and confetti on the floor from previous event. Their wedding planner Melinda was a nightmare to deal with would not accommodate any requests, she was rude to the wedding couple, guests and the Waring house staff who considering their work environment did an excellent job. Over priced and under delivered. The highlight was when I was told to bring bottled water and hand sanitizer if I wanted it there

So, I do hope you know how we took this concern to heart and listened to you. We have hosted hundreds of weddings over the last twenty-seven years as innkeepers at Waring House and almost all participants have been fully satisfied with our care and attention to detail.
  
  Our wedding planner Melinda is very detailed in all her planning details and making sure that all couples have the day of their dreams. She has planned hundreds of weddings and was quite surprised at your remarks as her communications with you did not reflect your comments at all.
  
  I hope you can see that we have listened and that moving forward will refine what we need to in order to continue giving every couple the wedding they dream of.

  A picturesque Inn with all the amenities.

  We had an amazing day at the Waring House and the staff all went above and beyond to make our experience special, even being short staffed. They truly made us feel our event was important to them and the day went perfectly.

  Amazing Covid Style wedding!

  We had an amazing experience here for our last minute wedding on October 16th! Many other local vendors could not accommodate our request of 20 guests for dinner, however Claire and The Waring House staff made it happen stress free!
  
  The food was amazing and left our guests raving the whole night, and the kitchen was incredibly accommodating with some guests who had sever allergies. The room was cute and nicely set, and the staff were all great!
  
  With rooms located on site and a private entrance for our guests, this was the perfect spot to host a small intimate wedding reception. We cannot thank them enough for providing an amazing experience and the day was absolutely perfect!!

  Highly recommended! Food perfect, beautiful grounds and hotel close.

  There was no doubt in my mind we would have our wedding here. So stunning and charming. Was perfect for our small brunch wedding. Judy our coordinator made it all so easy and perfect, the food here is always amazing. I barely had to do anything. Thank you for making our day perfect.

  The Waring House was a lovely venue that we fell in love with as soon as we visited. Henriette and Gail were professional and looked after all the details to make our day so special. They were always on hand and all the staff was so helpful and went out of their way to make things amazing! Jill and Heather were also amazing and so helpful. The day went by without any hiccups and it was just so lovely! To be noted, we were hit with a huge storm, right as we sat down for dinner. I was extremely impressed with how helpful the venue was, even handing out flashlights and battery operated votives to ensure no one would be left in the dark, should the power go out. Such a wonderful experience, I couldn't say anything better about them!
