  Second to None - Amazing Food and Customer Service

  From top to bottom, the team at the Sheraton Cavalier in Calgary was amazing to deal with. They had a high level of professionalism and were very accommodating to our needs. Vicki was our main point of contact throughout the planning process - she was very responsive and such a treat to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding. Our guests raved about the food and the customer service was top-notch. We highly, highly recommend the Sheraton Cavalier.

  I can not praise Vicki and the staff enough, for making my clients event spectacular. I was particularly impressed with their services and how they catered for the guests. I would recommend this hotel for anyone planning an event. Thank you Vicki and all your staff, I will be back soon.

  My wedding had over 95% out of town guests, including myself and my husband. Vicki at the Sheraton and the hotel staff were amazing! They catered to our ever need and more. Vicki answered long emails and questions fully and very promptly. The hotel staff were friendly and always helpful, they even told my husband and I to go to sleep after the reception while they took care of our centerpieces for us! Working with Vicki made me feel like I had a personal wedding planner at my disposal at all times. I would recommend having your wedding or any other event there! I can easily say working with the Sheraton and Vicki was the best part of my wedding, except for getting married of course!

  Vicki was awesome. Right from day one she was very helpful until the very last moment when we had to change the head tables the day before the event she was always there to give her best. Our reception was just perfect! All our guests enjoyed the food.

  We had a great wedding day! Would recommend if the opportunity presented itself! Should offer a discount to anyone I send to you, if this was an option, we would have booked our parents event their instead of elsewhere! Either way, you did right by us and thank you for everything you did! Our day was amazing and all your staff were terrific!

  I had my wedding and reception here in 2014 and I am so pleased with the customer service from the coordinator Victoria as she took care of all the details. It is a beautiful venue and they accommodate fire for indian weddings! Not alot of venues in Calgary do this. We also got a complimentary bridal suite which was great!
