Professional and help was available when needed
To start, the first few people that we talked to (does not work there anymore) were very unprofessional and left us hanging after we paid he down payment/reservation fee for the venue. We could not pull out our reservation fee as it was non-refundable. We felt like we were stuck with this venue with just a few months to prepare. We did not know what food or what our final price will be.
After waiting for a response and numerous visits, we met Mohammed for front desk. He was friendly and assisted us until we had talked to someone that can help us with our issues with our event/wedding. He introduced us to Gillian who is the even coordinator. At this time, she is the new event coordinator and she made up to whatever the other other coordinator lacked. She kept us updated every week and had final prices/discounts ready after a few days of talking to her. We received so much compensation (upgraded bridal suite, large discount on the venue, and discounts on food). Thomas and his kitchen team assisted us throughout the night.
Food was great. We had so much positive complements about the food. Our guests loved it. It was costly but was worth it.
We were happy on the outcome of our wedding reception at this venue. Recommended.
