  Amazing staff, food, and service!

  We had our wedding at the Moose and the staff, venue, and the food was amazing! They went above and beyond to help us have the perfect day. We also rented their Darch Hospitality Suite, for our guests to gather, the night before and day of and I would highly recommend this!

  Wedding Reception and 9 day stay.

  This place is incredible!! We had our wedding reception here and it was so beautiful. Lauren the event planner was so amazing to work with she helped so much with the planning which made my life easier since I was coming from Ontario. The accommodations were beautiful including the rooftop hot tubs which had the most beautiful views. All of the staff were always so friendly and helpful. The GM Peter Dubeau runs an incredible place!!! I would recommend for anyone to stay here whether it be on your own or with your families.
  I would also highly recommend this venue for a wedding reception. The hall as well as the food which was provided by Pacini’s, the on-site restaurant was awesome. My guests all raved at how good the food was.

  Outstanding!!!

  I can't say enough about the exemplary service we received from start to finish - and we had to make numerous changes to our plans as a result of COVID over several very uncertain months, including a last minute crisis due to potentially inclement weather. We were accommodated with pleasant compassion and understanding throughout, Every staff member we encountered was friendly beyond measure, and all the changes we needed to make were made ACCURATELY! We had a wonderful and lovely time, chockful of a lifetime of memories. All of our guests are still raving about the awesome experience!! We would highly recommend Moose Hotel to anyone who wants to ensure their event is perfect :)

  Beautiful Mountain Venue

  We had our reception at the Moose Hotel & Suites and could not be happier with this venue! From the very beginning, Lauren and her team were extremely helpful. This hotel is brand new and the Canoe Room is beautiful. It even has a large balcony, that our guests loved for the fresh air. We went with the decor package from Chair Flair, and everything turned out beautiful. Our guests were thrilled with the food, and they were able to help us customize our menu. The staff working during our wedding were incredible and really made the atmosphere enjoyable. In terms of accommodations, this was a lovely place for all of our guests to stay and socialize before and after the wedding, with the hot tubs definitely being the highlight. We highly recommend this venue!

  Venue at moose hotel and suites

  A beautiful venue. The staff were friendly and professional. Food was amazing. We had a bit of a mix up but the hotel handled it perfectly. They made sure everything was taken care of. Just final details is all I had to take care of. Our wedding day was amazing at the moose hotel and suites in Banff.

  The Moose Hotel and Suite

  The Moose Hotel was a beautiful venue. We had a winter wedding and didn't want to freeze during photos so the Moose provided a great mixture of indoor locations as well as outdoor locations that were close to an indoor area where you could warm up. The facility was amazing, and the roof top hot tubs and pool were a huge hit. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and it gave the entire wedding a very intimate feel. The proximity to the hustle and bustle of Banff ave was also very unique and fun.
  
  The canoe room was beautiful and required very little decorating and the bar-tending staff were very personable, attentive and friendly.
  
  The coordinator, Lauren, was amazing to work with and made sure I was on track with details. She was very responsive and communicated well in advance if she was going to have days off and when she would be back, etc.
  
  I would visit again, just for fun!

They did an amazing job putting together the room and serving our guests. We got to meet the staff and go over everything and make sure we are on the same page. They were very friendly. Our hotel room was amazing and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for anywhere better to have our wedding at. They went above and beyond our expectations. We would definitely recommend them yo anyone looking for a reception room. And we will definately stay at the hotel again when we are in Banff. Hands down an amazing experience.

  Absolutely Amazing...They made our day even more special!

  Our experience was absolutely amazing, right from our first meeting to our special day they took care of everything. When choosing Banff for our wedding destination the expectations were high based on the service you receive everywhere else, let me say they exceeded them and then some. If your considering Banff for your wedding we highly recommend The Moose as your venue, all of our guest loved the hotel and their service was second to none.
