Postponed Wedding
I had been working with Montecassino well before the pandemic hit. We were all set and ready to go. We did our tasting, booked our room, had all the vendors ready to go. Then bam, everything on lockdown. No big parties, postponing everything, it was just a disaster. Trying to align everyone again was so much work. This event venue was absolutely amazing. So accommodating, easy to get in touch with people. We worked closely with Cinthia in the beginning but then she went on Mat leave and Raquel had taken over our event. They were both amazing to work with. We just clicked very well and I got to know them both more on a personal level. From the time Raquel took over it was such smooth sailing. She answered all my questions and made it very easy to book a new date. She literally took care of everything and gave me ideas for seating, booked our hotel room etc. everything was ready to go the day of and my stress level was kept every low because everything was so organized. The serving staff were amazing and kept bringing me food since I barely ate. Overall it was an amazing experience. I will be using this venue for all my future parties. I hope Raquel never leaves lol
