    Poor Sales

    Reached out to try and book with this venue, many of my questions over email went unanswered. When clarifying a discrepancy on the pricing guide provided to me and what the sales rep what saying I was told I would be sent an email. Immediately I was given an email follow up with no clarification instead told they booked the venue for 2025 and to look elsewhere. I would have been happy to pay surcharges and the higher price as we enjoyed the venue location, time to take my business elsewhere.

    I am sorry you feel that your questions went unanswered. We attempted to answer all the questions you asked in your emails over multiple exchanges.
    There were a number of details about the wedding you wanted to host that made answering your questions difficult.
    One of the other managers confirmed a booking with another bride and groom for the date you were inquiring about while we were in communication.
    All of the emails you sent were answered promptly.
    We hope you find a venue that is suitable for you.
