Facilities and Capacity

This cottage country castle was designed by the owners to provide a unique experience with 2.5 acres, 7,000 square feet of event space, and 340 feet of waterfront for visitors to enjoy. This four-season property is an expansive lakehouse situated on its own quiet bay on Spring Lake. As you enter through the prominent gateway to the home, natural light welcomes you with a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The kitchen has been uniquely laid out to constantly provide stunning views no matter what stage of the meal you are in. Fully equipped with all the modern appliances, you can rest easy with the expansive serving pantry and laundry room, perfect for a large function service area. The kitchen and dining room are one, with two tables accompanied by a double-sided fireplace and TV. There will always be a spot at the table for everyone with all this space to enjoy! The entire property has been curated to the theme, dine with king's chalices or spot the dragons dotted throughout.

One of Lot 9 Baby's notable features is an acoustic masterpiece designed in the Great Hall known as "Edwin Hall." With floor-to-vaulted ceiling windows, a grand fireplace, and an entertainment stage, this room is perfect for hosting your family reunion, wedding or group event. The hall also features its own entrance making it easy for guests to come and go.

The last feature of the main level is the primary chambers, fit for the Queen and King - this suite encompasses the entire west wing. The lower level features 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living room/games area that opens out to the water.
