  Beautiful honeymoon suite

  Thank you for providing gluten free breakfast for our guests and family. It was nice to have our own space in morning.
  Honeymoon Suite is absolutely beautiful, recommend booking it for a few nights.

  We loved using Four Points for our reception venue! The space is very nice and spacious, while maintaining an intimate feel. I dealt with Sabrina and later Stephani over the 18 month planning process and they were both great. Stephani took over near the end of the planning and she was very on top of things and in control. She was like having a wedding planner even though I didn't pay for one! Our only complaint is regarding some of the dinner service at the reception. Some of the staff seemed to be standing around with the appetizer plates while people were sitting waiting for food. My MOH took the reins and talked to them about it - getting the situation under control and everything was smooth sailing after that. Overall we were very happy with the venue! The price was definitely right on cost per plate as well as the cost of the space (free with a certain amount of food and drink) and they were very open and upfront with their costs while some places try to sneak hidden fees or price increases in. We had a fantastic evening!!

  We had our wedding reception at the Four Points Sheraton West in May of 2016. Prior to the wedding we worked with Sabrina and she was extremely helpful! She answered all of our many, many questions in a patience and timely manner and with so much planning to do the quick responses were very appreciated. On the night of the reception all of the Four Points staff was fantastic. Friendly and helpful to us and all of our guests. The made sure our night went as scheduled and we had no issues. Great experience over all! And the food was DELICIOUS!! Thank you Four Points West!

  This hotel was outstanding for rehearsal dinner and for after wedding brunch.
  The group block was another story - dismal. But we're rating Rehearsal Dinner right now.
