  Gorgeous venue, excellent service

  We were married at the Royal York Hotel this past May, and had nothing short of a FANTASTIC experience.
  
  We were married in the gorgeous Imperial Room. We picked this room due to it's incredibly rich music history, knowing we wanted a live band for entertainment. The venue was beautiful, the food was incredible, and the staff were extremely professional. The staff at the Royal York supported us with all the details, and ensured a flawless, stress-free event. We were able to add in our own elements like our Indian late night snack catered by The Host, our cake from Bobbette and Belle, as well as entertainment by St. Royal. For those who stayed at the hotel, our guests truly enjoyed their room experience.
  
  Thank you Royal York - we can't wait to celebrate our anniversary here for years to come!

  The best venue in Toronto

  Our experience with Fairmont Royal York was amazing. The venue itself had such a luxurious and beautiful ambiance, impressed all our guests without putting so much effort on other stuff. The Imperial room was perfect for our 120 guests, and our on-site planner, Kelly, has done tremendous work since 2020 to make our couple's dream come true. The hotel gave us the best service and we will not forget about our day for a very long time. Thank you Royal York!

  Amazing Venue

  We got married in the Imperial Room. We did our ceremony and reception in that room with a cocktail hour in the foyer just outside. It was absolutely beautiful and many of our guests raved about the food, which was truly amazing.
  Having a wedding coordinator from the hotel was a god-send the day of the wedding as I didn’t have a planner. The hotel worked with me down to the last detail (projector for slide show, cake table, mic for the officiant, etc). It’s a guest friendly venue as guests can stay the night or catch the train at union home/from Pearson. It’s a luxury hotel that made us and our guests feel very special.

  Fairytale Wedding

  We had chosen the Fairmont for our wedding after having been to a few corporate events and having enjoyed the food. We knew we had a ton of guests coming from out of town and we were doing a New Years Eve wedding so we didn't want any of our guests driving. We had a large group book, and almost every guest who had attended has since messaged us gushing about the service, the food, the aesthetic, they blew everyone away! They were also able to arrange for every request including a mind blowing day-after brunch. After researching a number of downtown venues, we also found that for the money, they offer a superior food and drink value.
  Kelly and her team masterfully executed, a four course meal with white glove service, and the executive chef was with us while making every selection. They accommodated every adjustment and allergy and exceeded expectation!

  Glamorous Bridal Shower Tea at the Fairmont

  I am so happy that I selected the Fairmont Royal York for my bridal shower. I had an afternoon tea which exceeded my wildest expectations. I had been planning this party in my head for years and had some very specific ideas in mind. Cindiie at the Fairmont worked closely with me for several months to achieve a party that really reflected me. She went out of her way to check in regularly to make sure that I was still happy with my decisions and made the process go very smoothly and stress free. The party went off without a hitch and the individual team members assisting me on the day of went above and beyond. They celebrated a birthday on the fly, they fed my poor fiancee who was hanging outside, and let me extend the party by HOURS at no extra cost or hastle when the gift opening took longer than expected. The food was of course incredible, beautifully designed, and there was plenty for my guests (and plenty for leftovers)! It was amazing to be working with a team that is so genuinely happy to help and to ensure that you and your guests have the best possible experience. The Fairmont Royal York knows how to plan parties, and that their team is not only experienced enough to create a successful event, but a genuine pleasure to work with and HAPPY to help you achieve your dreams. I will definitely be hosting events at the Fairmont in the future. The additional cost is worth it- trust me.
