Facilities and capacity

Whether you are having a small and intimate gathering with just your closest friends and family, or a larger celebration, the Aspen Conference Room can accommodate up to 90 seated guests, or if it's a larger wedding the Elkwater Community Hall can host 225 seated guests. There are also smaller areas that can seat up to eight guests.

Services offered

The venue staff will work with you with suggestions and advice on how to plan your wedding at the lodge. Services that they may offer can include; tables and chairs, lighting, audio equipment and podium.

Accommodation

There are over 60 guest suites to choose from, including loft suites, condos and cabins. All lodge Suites have kitchenettes featuring a mini-fridge, microwave and sink. Most of the rooms have gas river rock fireplaces and decking area.
