Place was absolutely beautiful ballroom. Food was amazing

The hotel is at the best central location, so easy to find and access to. The best thing is that the casino has free shuttle to go to Metrotown and Brentwood Mall. That's for guests who don't drive. Also free parking for the guests.

The staff in the bouquet team are super awesome and friendly to work with. They are very good on communications, really try their best to serve the client. They are very organized and detailed. My hubby and I were just so impressed and blessed to have our reception ceremony there.

The hotel provided free guestroom with complimentary louge services, which are super nice. They also gave us special rate to book one extra day for staying and preparing the reception ceremony. In the guestroom, very nice bathroom and so clean. We had chocolate from room service too!!! Overall, the staying experience was awesome! My hubby and I will go back to the hotel for our anniversaries!

The bouquet team tried very hard to accommendate our request. We had some big changes about one week before the reception. The hotel and the team worked hard to neogotiate to change us to the bigger bouquet room. And they did set up the room as they redesigned, we were just so satisfied. It's not that easy to do, but they made it. My reception just ran so smoothly. Everything turned out so well!

The food was super delicious! Thanks to the chefs and the kitchen! All the guests were satisfied. The desert were very very nice. Thanks the serving team! They are awesome! Special thanks to Steve!!!

The Delta hotel is the 4 diamond hotel! they are the best! They will give you the best service absolutely!

We help our reception at the Delta in one of their banquet rooms. Prior to the reception we corresponded with the catering manager on a regular basis and we found her to be very attentive to our needs. The food on the day of was amazing and the service provided by everyone was exceptional. I would highly recommend the Delta Burnaby Hotel for any functions.
