    Beautiful wedding in the Pacific Ballroom

    Event manager Maria was excellent and very responsive. Wedding set up was beautiful and food was so good even as we picked the basic signature buffet. Our guests were raving about the flavours. It was a perfect day.

    Truly Outstanding Ballroom For a Wedding

    There were two reasons why we celebrated our wedding in Costal Inn. First of all, the big ballroom is a truly outstanding place for a wedding. Up to 250 people may be seated. You come in and think 'Wow'. Another advantage is Tsawwassan is easily accesable by Translink or car for everyone.
    The wedding package was included a free ballroom with belongings like tables and so on if you have more than 100 people, food/beverages service, different taxes and even a free honymoon suite with breakfast for the wedding night. Beer and shots were extra.
    After the wedding, we just wanna highlight few good and bad moments.
    First of all, the food service wasn't so perfect how supossed to be. Some food wasn't good seasoned and some food was just cold.
    As next, if the bride asks for giving water to the people who prepared the wedding then the reception should just do it and not argue with her. If the groom asks for extention cords or projector remote the people should know where the stuff is.
    Finally, the honeymoon suite wasn't available at this time and they even charged us for the projector that we didn't use.
    To be fair, customer service had also good moments. Wedding cake was put in the fridge and the deejay was able to set up his stuff in the ballroom one night before. We had gotten a extra room for the food service as well.
    Bottom line: beside the regular service the customer care needs to be more flexiable, the ballroom is awesome and the drinks are quite pricy.
    The little things make the difference and the customer service of the hotel screwed up. There are definitly needs of improvments but we still recommend the hotel if it isn't so busy and you pay attention on details.
