Brookstreet Hotel is an Ottawa-based hotel that specializes in providing a sophisticated setting for celebrating weddings and other special events. This venue's modern decor and lovely event spaces are ideal for photo opportunities both in its indoor and outdoor event spaces. Other celebrations are also welcome and have packages catered to them specifically as well.
Facilities and capacity
Newbridge Ballroom is a stylish ballroom perfect for larger weddings. The room opens up to a large foyer surrounded with a wall of windows and balcony overlooking The Marshes golf course. This stunning space can accommodate up to 350 guests.
Grand Scheme Ballroom is an elegant equipped ballroom with a large foyer area, ideal for a pre-dinner reception. The ballroom is hosts up to a maximum of 250 guests.
Celtic Ballroom is a modern ballroom featuring a large foyer and outdoor patio overlooking our pond and The Marshes golf course. A perfect place for either a wedding reception or ceremony for up to 100 guests.
For more intimate wedding receptions and ceremonies they have a number of event rooms that accomodate up to 80 guests. Their Outdoor Pavilion is perfect for an outdoor ceremony accommodating up to 350 guests. This beautiful outdoor space features classic white draping as well as a white carpet aisle runner for wedding ceremonies.

Hotel Wedding - Best Idea Ever
I was assigned a wonderful Event Manager from Brookstreet named Jenna Stokes. She helped me through the entire process. There were all kinds of details we had to go through for the big day. I was amazed by the organization from Brookstreet. Every staff member at the hotel were wonderful, helpful people.
I chose the hotel knowing I would love getting ready in the morning on site. It was the best part of my day other than the ceremony that took place on site in their white pavilion tent. My husband also went golfing the morning of right next to the hotel at the Marshes. We had a wonderful reception, the food was fantastic, the alcohol always flowing.
Goes the etxra mile to ensure excellence!
When I brought the issues to the management though the responsiveness and decisiveness of action was simply incredible.
Not only was an incredible planner, Gabrielle Whittaker, assigned to take our file, the Brookstreet itself went the extra mile to provide some extras to us to make up for the mistake. (Upgraded room, some goodies in our room, etc)
The day of our wedding, everything was simply stunning and from the first note of the processional to the last note of the night, they ensured that everything, and I mean everything was thought of and handled (Even the care with which their staff helped to pack up my personal items at the reception was noticed and noted).
