They were amazing to work with and very responsive! Planning a wedding during a pandemic is unexplainably hard and they were so accommodating and understanding. Would recommend 100%. I felt complete ease the day of because they took care of all the things I thought would be stressful on the day! -

We booked the Parkside Inn & Spa for our stay around our wedding this past year, for ourselves and our guests. Tanya was beyond accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding only 10 days out; she made the transition of all the rooms to our new date seamless and kept in contact through all of the ups and downs. She was a pleasure to work with. The staff made BOTH of our stays fantastic. The rooms were clean and covid protocols were in place and followed. The stunning park view from our room was an added bonus! The bridal party, and mothers, had their hair and makeup done down at the Parkside Spa. Barb was also absolutely fantastic in all of the movement, and was beyond accommodating with requests. Rebecca at the salon was absolutely phenomenal in creating the bridal look I dreamt of and worked with me on a few occasions to ensure it was perfected. April at the spa created a flawless natural look for my makeup, that lasted all evening! The entire team was FANTASTIC and I would hands down recommend the Parkside Inn & Spa! -

With all of the changes on a weekly basis due to the pandemic, this team remained very flexible, helpful and professional. We ended up doing something that looked totally different to our original plans and they took it in stride and I didn't feel like I was an inconvenience -

The ladies at Parkside spa were incredible! So relaxed and easy to work with. I was a little picky on my hair, and the stylist during my trial (and day of) was incredibly patient with me. It was so nice to be able to walk back and forth through the spa and hair salon while everyone was getting ready. Overall amazing! -

Sent on 02/06/2017We purchased the white house wedding package with the Best Western Plus Perth, and as part of the package, 5 hours of pre-wedding planning services were included with Delightfully Elegant Events. Between the hotel and Delightfully Elegant Events, I had very little to do - other than make decisions and pay the bill. It was fantastic!
Although I grew up in the Perth Area, my now-husband and I live in the GTA, so when I say I relied on others, I do not exaggerate.
My engagement was probably through some of the most difficult months for the hotel - the wedding coordinator I signed with left the hotel and the catering services contract I signed with left the hotel. The only point I deducted was for responsiveness and that was due to the wedding coordinator who eventually left the hotel. The new wedding coordinator Janet and Slackonis were very responsive.
My hair and makeup were done downstairs in the spa, the flowers were done by Kelly's Flowers, and the food was done by their in-house caterers.
They did all of the setup and cleanup, and rearranging the hall between events was done in record time.
I would definitely recommend this venue. If I had hired each of the individual vendors myself I never could have managed to keep the cost of my event so low. The value is unparalleled, with the added bonus of low stress! I felt taken care of! -

My now-husband and I spent the entire six month prior to the date in Florida for work, so when I say I didn't have to do much, I do not exaggerate. I was able to look forward to my day without the usual stress that comes with planning, and all the services they provided were top notch.
My hair and makeup were done downstairs in the spa, the flowers were done by a local florist, and the food was done by their in-house caterers, and WOW, that food. It was unbelievable. My guests were raving about it. Everyone who helped me was polite and professional and made me feel important every step of the way.

Would I recommend this venue? ABSOLUTELY. If I had hired each of the individual vendors myself I never could have managed to keep the cost of my event so low. The value is unparalleled, with the added bonus of low stress! You feel so taken care of!
And I seriously cannot say enough good things about the caterers. Slackoni's gets five stars from every single person at my event!
