Who has a bigger family?

His family is way bigger by blood, but he's not close with his (and I don't talk to my dad so his whole side is out). My friends and their families have become part of my family so technically mine is bigger, but they've adopted him so it's OUR family lol

Absolutely my FH. We had an engagement party with some of his family. And he didn't even know some of them at all. He has so many cousins it's crazy.

In our immediate families of origin, mine is slightly bigger (I have 2 siblings, he has 1). But once we expand out from that, I have him beat by a landslide. His mom is one of 2 kids and his dad 1 of 4. My mom is 1 of 2 kids and my dad is 1 of 14! I have at least 50 first cousins (I'm number 27). And some of my cousins are grandparents already. So, yeah, I win that.

No competition here. It's my FH. Each of his parents have six to seven siblings.

Definitely his! Our guestlist is comprised of his family totaling 53 (and that's only up to cousins, no second cousins or anything) and mine is at 13 (including second cousins)

I do! It's not even "oh I have to invite so and so my second cousin twice removed who I saw that one time at this other wedding." My list is 40 people which are all family that I'm close with and actually want there. 15 are cousins vs his 3.

My parents are split so for siblings I have more but overall his family is much larger than mine.

I do. I've got 2 siblings and a giant mess of cousins lol. He has 1 sibling and not a lot of cousins.

He does for siblings. I have 1 brother, but he has 6 brothers and sisters. BUT I have him beat in the cousin and extended family department

Definitely me! I have 3 siblings who have a combined total of 18 kids. My mom also has 9 siblings, so I have about 100 cousins & second cousins and that's only my moms side!! LOL

He definitely does. We both have split families, but h for sure has way more relatives.

FH definitely has a BIGGER family den me , and soon they will be my family too

Definitely me! even just with close family, our wedding is at 41 family members for me, and 18 for him

We're both the same in family size, but there are some people my FH doesn't associate with due to drama.

I have no idea.. his parents live in montreal and the rest of his family is still in Chile and they don't really speak to them anymore. at the wedding it will be all my family and just his parents and siblings.

He does - I still haven't met most of his extended family from Toronto!

I have the bigger family technically. I have not siblings, cousins, aunt's/uncles and living grandparents. He only has 1 sibling, 1 cousin, 2 aunt's and 1 uncle and 1 living grandparent. But his family is around more than mine.

In terms of immediate family - he does. Way more siblings. But in extended family, me. I have 10 aunts and uncles and he has 1. So the guest list is a bit skewed lol.

We have fairly evenly-sized families (surprising since he's Greek) but his extended family is much closer.

I do as not only my family here in canada, in the US and international.

I'd say that we both have fairly equal sized families, however he is closer to his extended family than I am so we see his great aunts and uncles and second cousins and such more than we see mine and more of his side will be at the wedding than mine because of that.

I do. My mom was one of 6, my dad of 4.

He for sure has the bigger family. His Dads side is Italian, plus he is 1 of 4 siblings!
