Where to buy a veil?

Danielle, on June 25, 2018 at 18:40 Posted in Wedding fashion 0 17

I'm looking for a simple veil to pin in the back of my hair, preferrably with a comb attachment. Where would be a good/reliable place to buy one? Any suggestions? Something not too expensive as well Smiley smile

Of course! I got mine from inmodernlove.com -- they offer free shipping and it came within a week! Couldn't be happier with the quality as it was comparable to the ones I tried on at the bridal store. Smiley smile

It did! The Modern Love veils come in an off-white/ivory colour that should match with most off-white/ivory/white dresses. I tried on a few at a bridal store (where the veils started at $300) and the white ones were too stark/cheap-looking....the ivory definitely looked softer!

Where ever you bought your dress from is usually a safe bet. Though, I got mine from David's bridal.

I got mine from inmodernlove.com! I got a raw edge fingertip veil for $75 CAD with free shipping! Almost all their veils are under $100. All their styles are simple and modern! Hope you find something soon!!

If you go to any bridal boutique or even David's bridal should have them there. Another idea is to make one. My FMIL is making me my veil for my wedding dress. We bought the material from fabricland and the beading for the edges around the veil. I paid around $80 plus the labour as you have to do it yourself. I just think it's super special when it is made by someone you love.

I would try the bridal salon where you got your dress or online.

I got mine at the bridal salon where I bought my dress. It was great being able to buy them at the same time and knowing that they matched.
I never thought to get it anywhere but there Smiley tongue

I've been looking on etsy! All the store owners I've talked to on there have been amazing and want to do everything they can to match to your dress and that it's the right style for you 😊

I’ve heard Etsy has good prices for veils. I see them all the time on Facebook wedding buy and sells too.

I Googled "bridal veil", and it came up with the website: bestbridalveil.com

I also looked at David's Bridal... especially clearance in the States. I'll be looking for one as well... Simple, and hopefully under $100.

    Have you tried bridal salons?
Actually, I’ve also seen some at Michaels and even Amazon. Etsy?
