So I am sure a few of you guys had purchased the premium account (99&dollar for the website. Due to the global pandemic, my wedding had to be postponed (of course). My website is set to expire in October... and Wedding Wire requires that I pay another 99$ to extend my current account (otherwise my domain and website would no longer be accessible and I would loose everything I have done).
Isn`t it a little unfair ? I know it`s only 99$... but with everything going on (work lay off, unexpected expenses related to postponing the wedding, etc), I would think that the website would be more accommodating ?
What do you guys think ? I tried contacting the customer service but they were not helpful.
