I am trying to figure out how to create the day of itinerary for the coordinator, emcee, wedding party and ourselves.

Does anyone have any tips or programs they have used to create something like this?

I tried looking at microsoft word and see what templates are there but I haven't had much luck!

I had done the same thing differently though by half hour each to get the exact detail down. I called it Wedding Timeline to have everyone on board for timing. The same timeline was emailed to the photographer and DJ for them to get themselves organized as well.

Yeah that's great advice. I made an excel spreadsheet for my guestlist and dietary restrictions and then a separate excel spreadsheet just for budgeting for the wedding

I think you've had a few hits already but I just combined a few ideas I found online and made my own in excel! I have a master excel document that I love by when it comes to the wedding it has everything!
