Wedding coordinator - tip or gift?

Hi everyone - what do you think is appropriate to tip a wedding coordinator? I’d prefer to give her a small gift. What would be a nice gift? Please share your thoughts.

    The venue coordinator was really great for what he did with the whole set up. He received an appreciation gift along with a Thank You card.

    Regardless if it's your venue coordinator or a wedding planner that you're hiring as a day-of coordinator role, I think a gift card would be a nice gesture. I'm planning on giving one to both my venue and day-of coordinators.

    Oh gotcha! My coordinator comes with the venue, however she’s been a great help and I feel it’s appropriate to give her something.

    Maybe get her a gift card for somewhere she can pamper herself!

    My fiance and I aren't going to be tipping our coordinator just because she is freelanced and she sets her own rates for the events
