Turn off Automatic Messages from Wedding Wire

Hello,


I’m trying to turn off the automatically generated helper sending messages to vendors and I can’t figure out how. We already have a photographer but she sent out a whole bunch of messages last night! Any ideas?

    Hi Chloe! This should stop after the 5-7 inquires initially (on average) sent by the Concierge Tool. As long as you do not use the tool moving forward, new sets of inquiries will not be sent. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us a help@weddingwire.ca if you have any additional questions!

    Thanks very much! Yes I already have a photographer but the tool keeps sending inquiries to only photographers.

    Hi Chloe! Our Concierge Tool will send a few messages each time information is input to the tool. Currently, there is not a way to prevent that group of messages from being sent but no additional messages will be sent if the tool is not used again. I'm happy to share this feedback with our Development Team as they make updates to this tool!
