Traditional or Twist: Footing The Bill?

Were paying the entire bill. i cant imagine asking my parents for that amount of money or burden

My dad very kindly gave us a generous financial gift for our wedding, which should cover a little less than half. Otherwise, me and FH are saving money like crazy!

FH and I are paying for everything.
My family doesnt live here, and currency exchange is not on their favour. For them to fly here alone is over 3k per person, not including accommodation, a car rental.. its a little too much for them

We're paying for the whole thing ourselves.

Our parents are helping in various ways, like mine are lending us their two cars the day of. Each car will fit the half the bridal party comfortably instead of doing multiple trips with our sedan

My fiancé is paying for a portion of his guests, but my parents are super generous enough to pay for everything else. There are some minor things that I insisted on paying for, like the DJ, photo/video and little extras here and there but I’m super grateful for it.

Both sets of parents are generously paying for the majority of the costs but fiancé and I covering a substantial portion of it as well.

We are covering the majority of the bill ourselves However, my father offered to cover the catering and my mother offered to put together our bouquets, since we are doing silk flowers. My grandmother surprised me though by covering for a portion of my dress - she said it was a gift from both her and my grandfather, who passed away 4 years ago.

Definitely modern! We are paying for it all My mom did surprise me with a contribution to the dress, which was really sweet.

Traditional as my parents pitched to help and in laws did help at the reception. We forked for most of the wedding expenses.

We paid for mostly everything ourselves. The only thing that our parents paid for was my parents paid for my dress and veil, and his Mom made the rehearsal supper for the night before the wedding.

I would like to say a bit of traditional with a twist. My parents paid for my dress, and the alterations. They also paid maybe 1/3 of the venue cost.
