Seating Plan Option not working :(

Help! Seating Plan option is not working on the app or computer. Everytime I click on it, it will just bring me back to the Guest List... Anyone else having the same problem?

    Hi Natasha! It looks like your the seating option had not been enabled within your Guest List. I went ahead and enabled the Seating Chart for your wedding event. If you would like to ensure other events are enabled, head to your Guest List tool, click the wedding event you would like to update (ie. Rehearsal Dinner) and then click 'Settings' on the right side of the screen. You will then be able to check the box next to 'Create Seating Chart' and then save your changes!

    Still no luck, it happens on any computer I use and I have tried it in chrome, internet explorer and Firefox

    You need to enter all of your guests in guest list, so that their names are there for you to make the seating plan afterwards!

    Mine seems to be working. try restarting your computer or use google chrome
