Did you include the line "___ seats reserved in your honor"?

Did you number the back of your RSVP cards in invisible ink?

Did you write in your guests names for them on the RSVP card so they don't try to add extra guests? Smiley winking

We are using paperlesspost.com for our invitations, which allows people to RSVP as soon as they view the card. We will also be setting up a wedding website. Our wedding is open to families, so we will be writing the names of everyone in the family (children and babies included).

I think for food restrictions, we will state what will be available. I have lots of food restrictions, so if I can eat it, most people can eat it!

An email along with how many guests were invited from each household and choice of kids, veg or non-veg meals when they replied.

Yes we did. Noted that we did not use a Wedding Wire website though. We had our own domain name and website created.

That's a good idea! You just set it up in the RSVP section of your website?

I numbered mine on the back to keep track if we were missing any. I also made sure to note on the RSVP card that it was an adult reception and asked for any food allergies or restrictions.

We asked everyone to RSVP on our wedding website. We had a Google form for people to fill out.

Following! We are only doing it on website but added a spot where we will write the number of guests we are expecting! We may add their names but I think they should be okay just on the envelope though!

We put our wedding website link for the RSVPs. This way it cut down on cost, wasted paper, and allowed us to limit who could bring a +1 and who didn't.

We will have the RSVP on our wedding website, and I've already noted that kids are not permitted at the wedding and kids are, 12 & under, so not a complete adult event.

We went with "we have reserved _____ seats in your honour" because we wanted to make sure that the people with kids didn't think their kids were invited. Everyone Rsvpd through our website so it was very simple
