Rsvp groups

Frances, on September 15, 2017 at 14:51 Posted in Tech support 0 3

Hi. I was just wondering for anyone using the RSVP tool.

I have a lot of family members of the same last name but not the same household. I have them arranged in groups but as I am testing it, I find that since they all have the same last name, everyone with the same last name is seen even though they are not on the same household.

Is there a function where only the one household is seen on the interface and can just check off who in that household is attending?

Thanks!!!

Hi Frances! When you're adding a new guest to your guest list you can also add Additional Guests to the first guest to link them together as a household or family. Just click to the 'Additional guests' tab and add more guests to that first contact!

Here are easy step by step instructions you can follow: How To Add Additional Guests

I think on the desktop version, you have guests listed under the head of household. They are shifted a bit to the right on the list. Is that what you mean? Then everyone on that household pops up when you search their name.
