Hey! We are looking to get a liquor licence for Sarto Des Noyer in Dorval, Quebec. Would any one know the steps? And how long it takes? We looked online but all the information is in French.

If you're already in Montreal, I'd just show up to City Hall and ask them directly. They'll be able to assist you in English and would also be able to give you any required forms to fill out.

Here you go, https://www.racj.gouv.qc.ca/en/formulaires-et-publications/forms/alcohol/reunion-permits/application-for-a-reunion-permit.html it's in English and explains all the steps. I havn't sent my forms in yet I've only started filling them out, but my mom said it's like a two week process max. Hope this helps.
