We're doing this! But only because our day-of/month-of wedding planner is throwing it in for free. They're doing 1 for each bathroom.

I like the idea but for us it will depend where we end up booking.

This is great for outdoor weddings! I live in Ontario and some outdoor venues only have the basic hand washing station. I’ve seen this done and have been grateful for these little things.

I've heard of people doing things like this on here, but I've never seen it myself. I won't be doing anything like this... I don't think this is a big thing in BC... or I've totally missed it. I used to bartend weddings for 2 years, and I never saw this.... but hey, it's cute! Not worth it for me though.

I have never been to a wedding with these baskets so it is not something we plan in having.

technically the venue's bathrooms aren't just for our hall. but where they are located no one uses them unless they are in that hall.

i'm also going to have the sign match the rest of our stationary/signs

Yes I will be doing one! Where I come from it's standard to have bathroom baskets. Every wedding I've been to had them.

Personally, I won't be offering this.

Every single wedding I've been to, in the past couple of years, have had this in the washroom. Sometimes they remained untouched, sometimes people would take the entire content before the end of the night, and on one occasion, someone took the whole basket to their car (I know, people are ridiculous). It really depends on what you put in the basket and what type of crowd you have!

I probably won’t because my venue has another room upstairs that can potentially be booked (currently it’s just us!) and the washrooms would be shared so I wouldn’t want to do that.

We will likely do one for the girls and the guys bathrooms! Guys could use deodorant, comb, cologne, gum, mouthwash too! I actually just saved the below sign to print along with it! I thought it was super cute!

Bathroom Baskets

I honestly never thought of that! I will maybe be a little more thrifty on what I put in my basket and hope nobody takes anything. There is a little poem on Pinterest about taking only what you need... I may use that.

one venue I had attended for my FHs cousin provided their own basket though which I thought was cool.

Almost all of the stuff was gone in minutes though so it’s unfortunate people take more than they need and leave none for everyone else
