Invitations

Phoebe, on January 23, 2018 at 22:54 Posted in Plan a wedding 0 16
Hi everyone!
What is a non-tacky way of asking guests to visit our wedding website without it sounding like an ad on tv?! I’m planning on putting it on the back of the wedding invitation.

TIA

On our save the dates we have a tree silhouette and we put the website address on a branch in the silhouette but we also had to rsvp at the website address on our invites

Any time! Vista print does a great job and the quality is amazing. We paid a few extra cents for premium quality paper and it was totally worth it.

Ah - I'm sure enough people will look at it.

I decided against a website though because of the same fear! It's fun setting one up though!

Oh man! That's a pain. I'm already anticipating on having to answer a lot of questions that are already on the website. I'm starting to get discouraged in creating one, if no one even looks at it. lol

I would only suggest to be cautious with the back of invitations..

On our Save the Date we put information on a block of hotel rooms we had reserved for our guests to book. Not a SINGLE person looked on the back and all asked us... seriously lol.

If you're doing Save the Dates, you can add "For more info please visit....". Same thing on the invitation, or detail card, you can add it there.

On the back of our invite we wrote "Please RSVP at: ...." and gave a website and deadline date.

Did you put your website info on your invitations? If so, how did you phrase it?

We are having people RSVP through our website. While there, we're hoping people will scan the rest of the info.
