Indoor Photo Options in Toronto

I am getting married April 27th of this year and the weather can go either way so my photographer suggested having an indoor space available for photos of the wedding party in case we can't shoot outdoors. I am getting married on King St W in Toronto....does anyone know of any indoor spaces available near there? Ideally ones that a free or only have a small fee.
The only place I could think of was Knox College but it was $350 +HST for 2 hours and they can only guarantee a permit if there is no wedding scheduled there that day
