How to secure a Cathedral Veil with hair down

I think bobby pins, hairspray, and lots of practice (if you're doing it yourself) will be key for your veil!

I agree - use hairspray and back-coming/teasing works wonders! Make sure you try it out though because if it doesn't work out then perhaps a hairdresser would have some more ideas

A fine-toothed comb, back-combing/teasing and extra-hold hairspray to add to the barrettes/bobby pins.

I would love to be able to keep my hair down but mine is fine and smooth too. I only have a floor-length veil but I'm likely going with a half-up/half-down style to allow for the veil.

I hope your hair takes the back-combing and hairspray better than mine!
