I don't want people using their phones during the ceremony. We have paid for photographers and videographers and I might finally go bridezilla if I see one phone out during the 15-20 minutes where I'm getting married

Show up unexpected. That was my biggest fear and luckily we didn't end up with anything like that.

I really hope that none of our guests make a scene.

Last thing I want is to deal with drama or an outburst.

Complain about it being a dry wedding. There are severe allergies to alcohol behind the reasoning and we have been up front with it with advising in the details card going with the invitation and put on the wedding website. It shouldn't be a surprise and we are going to either have a Sundae bar or mocktails instead.

Drink & drive. Mostly concerned about my fiance's friends here... Our venue is out of town, so I will be alerting local taxi companies, but still...

I really hope none of our guests object the marriage. I've heard that if this happens the actual legal marriage can not be completed on that day and that you have to wait to try again...

I really hope none of our guests wear jeans. Or make unexpected speeches, cringe.

Makes a scene. (My umbrella term for all of the possibilities from guests arriving late and being noisy as they enter to getting stupid drunk to drinking and driving to sulking in the car and delaying family photos...which aren’t happening anyways 😂).

Bring any extra guests. I think we should be okay, I’ve had one person ask and i told her I needed to wait for my numbers and she was super okay with it but I just hope no one brings someone randomly

Leave right after dinner. I would love for guests to at least stay a little longer but I know a lot of older ppls that I am inviting -to make my mom and grandmother happy- will leave after dinner. I just feel their seats could have gone to friends that would stay and enjoy the night.

RSVP yes and don’t come. We ended up having 14 of these. Most of them let us know. We were able to find 4 people to come as replacements (we asked a few friends who didn’t know a lot of people if they wanted to bring someone)

I hope our kids (who are 2 of the 3 guests) are doing ok that day. Our daughter has narcolepsy and stress can bring on a sleep attack. I am a bit worried about her falling asleep on the ride there and us not being able to wake her
And our son has a genetic eye condition which is causing him to rapidly lose his eyesight. He is starting to have difficulty navigating resulting in lots of falls and injuries.
So I just want wakefulness, no injuries, and good health that day and every day.

Are late to the ceremony! My fiancé has one friend who is always late, he says he will be there for a specific time or is told the exact time, and arrives half an hour later. We are definitely thinking of making one invitation with the wrong time for the ceremony just for him so he will be on time.

Change RSVPs/plus ones last minute/without telling us!

We already have some late RSVPs we're hunting down this week but once you RSVP - try not to change it! I get that life happens sometimes so if you end up not coming/cancelling a plus one - just let me know in advance!!

Also don't try and add a plus one once I made my seating chart!

I really hope none of our guests cause a scene! I had a dream the other night my grandma threw a fit for some reason. So really hoping that doesn’t happen and everyone just has a good day!
