Engagement Party

My fiancé and I just decided to have our engagement party in a month (our province is opening up and we can finally get together with friends). We wanting something so our wedding party can get to know each other and just planned on having them and a big group of friends. Probably around 40 people total if everyone can come.
It’s going to be after supper, with some snack foods. We just plan on drinking and having a good time.
However, I still want it to seem like an engagement party and not just a party. I’m looking for advice on what other people did for games or other activities so we aren’t just sitting around drinking.Thanks everyone for all the advice.
