Its sort of embarrassing how my fiance and I met. I lived in Nova Scotia and I was just coming out of a abusive relationship, in May 2016 my fiance and I matched on Tinder. We chatted for the entire summer of 2016, and by September we had our first date. By October 2016 I moved to the island and started dating him. We moved in together January 2017 and have never looked back. He's my rock.
On our second anniversary, he took me back to where we had our second date at the same exact spot where I jokingly said "this is the perfect spot for an engagement". He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him.
