All about the venue - How many venues did you visit before you booked yours?

We didn't visit anywhere else. Knew I wanted it there from the get-go!

I researched while I was out of town, and made a list of five places within my budget. I saw about 3-4 venues in person.

I researched and contacted approximately 40 venues, from there we visited about 9 or so before narrowing it down.

I looked at a couple of others on-line but decided there wasn't much point of going to see them. We only went to the one we booked.

We toured four venues including the one we booked. They were the best four value for money, but you can't really get a sense of the place until you stand in it. They were also four very different places - a ranch, the casino, a hotel, and a community hall.

We looked at it a bunch online and considered the pricing of all local venues- this was the closest venue and the best pricing. We went and looked in person and was even better.

Two. I had two others booked but cancelled those once we saw ours. As they say, third times the charm!

We visited our venue in person, but I did loads of research online.

We did go to a venue we were thinking of in Thunder Bay, but not as a wedding consultation (it's a historical park that does weddings so we knew our way around). Once we settled on our city, the venue my parents worked at was the top one we had in mind, visited it, and booked that day!

I really wanted the one we got so it was the only one we visited, we did think to look at other venues but when we called they were booked for our date, (we were dead set on our date)

We only visited two venues in total, after contacting about 5 via email.

We really only visited one before the ones we ended up booking!

We did not visit any other venues, ours just had it all so we locked it down as soon as we were engaged!

We only visited our venue. There were two other vendors that were on a potential list that I had attended family weddings at, but we never made appointments there as after visiting our venue we were sold on it.

The venue we chose was the only one we looked at. When you know, you know.

We drove to 2. But only went inside our venue.

The second venue we saw paled in comparison there was no point in even checking it out!

I researched and reached out to 6 or 7 maybe and we toured 3. It was the 2nd one we visited and it was a tough decision between them and the 3rd one but decided ours would be the better fit.

I researched a good 10 venues and compared everything for all of them. We visited 2, our venue was first and I was so close to cancelling the appointment with the second one because we loved our venue so much!

I think we physically visited 3 in total with the venue we chose being the last one
