  Amazing and beautiful venue

  We had our wedding at Rounds Ranch this past Saturday May 29th, 2021. There venue is so beautiful and the ceremony site is breathtaking! Our ceremony was amazing and we even had our guests watching via live stream in the middle of the forest! Everything turned out perfect! We took pictures around the property and they all turned out great! Due to COVID we had a lot of changes in our plans from 150 people with a reception to 10 people no reception. Geri Rounds was very accommodating and understanding of the circumstances. Thank you very much!

  Rounds Ranch is great!

  This venue was so beautiful, a perfect setting for anyone who loves the outdoors. It is a perfect venue for a country or rustic wedding. All our guests had a lot of fun petting animals, using the zipline etc. You definitely get your moneys worth here!

  Great Venue

  Rounds Ranch was amazing and everything I wanted for my country wedding!
  
  Tractor ride for my guests and wedding party to come to and from the ceremony was amazing! Of course I got married on one of the hottest days of the summer but it was amazing never the less!
  
  We did have a bit of an issue with little bugs going on my dress and the flies at the reception were crazy but it’s a wedding at a ranch so you need to expect that!
  
  Has a beautiful sunset and lots of amazing photos! Everyone was complimenting on how wonderful a place it was to have a wedding!

  Unreasonable.

  Be aware of clean up times and extra fees. They charged us extra for taking too much time (30-40) min to get everyone onto the bus after the reception was over. We paid an extra fee to extend the reception time and another fee on top of that for an extra hour after lights on to clean. We also paid ANOTHER fee for morning after clean up and pick up for the caterer (they do not offer careting onsite) we were told numerous times they were flexible with the morning clean up considering the reception was the night before. We arrived the next morning to finish cleaning (it was dark the night before hmm so we missed some things). Our caterer got held up and we waited for him with his equipment outside the pavilion for an extra hour and a half. He was still stuck so we loaded his equipment and took it with us leaving the pavilion and surrounding area very clean. I received an email a few days later saying they were keeping the deposit because we weren’t gone in time the night of the wedding and clean up wasn’t completed by 9 am the next day. I would not have paid money for morning clean up if it had to be done by 9am. In total we paid extra to extend the reception, have clean up time that night and again another fee for the next morning only for them to take the deposit. I would not recommend based on my experience.

  I'm sorry that you were disappointed with your experience at Rounds Ranch. I just reviewed your file to see what happened. We did not charge you for additional time the morning after to clean up. The charge was for our staff to clean up beer cans, garbage etc that was lying around the grounds in preparation for our next event. The charge was only $25. Your mother booked an additional 1.5 hours for your guests to enjoy the activities at Ranchland ($90). She asked that this amount be deducted from your security deposit. There is a $50 charge for staying past the booked time of 1 pm. Usually we are very flexible with this as long as the music stops by 1 pm. I don't recall what happened but I am willing to refund you the $50. The balance of your security deposit was refunded to you. In the letter that was sent to you by my staff she invited you to call her if you had any questions. I'm sorry you did not call and speak with me. I would have been happy to correct any misunderstanding. I apologize that my staff billed you for the extra time to vacate the property. Our goal is to provide a wonderful, unique, country atmosphere at a very reasonable price. Please email me Geri Rounds to arrange a refund of the additional $50. You are also welcome to call me.
