Affordable Beautiful Respite from Ordinary

This venue and the owners are incredible. If your wedding is 125 people or less and you want an affordable more rustic feel, this venue should be on your list to see. It is located near Caroline, Alberta. The huge property has a beautiful perfectly maintained hall, beautiful guesthouse with 8 bedrooms (which was an absolutely perfect place for the wedding party and some close family to stay), powered RV camping spots, and like a million perfect photo spots (our photographer was thrilled).

The owners, Randy and Marcel, were incredibly helpful and worked with us closely to help us have the perfect day. They were even an enormous help during the wedding day itself! I can't speak highly enough of them.

It is exponentially better to work with owners than with the manager of some chain venue/hotel. In my planning process I noticed a huge problem is weddings have become too commercialized and standardized. This place is a huge contributor to taking back weddings as personal unique events.

Amazing Place

Words cannot describe the amazing hidden gem that Lazy M is. We had the privilege of exchanging marriage vows, and hosting our reception on the property and we literally could not of asked for anything better. Marcel and Randy were amazing hosts and we can’t wait to spend more time at Lazy M Lodge in the future!

We held our wedding at the Lazy M Lodge where we had access to lodgingsfor several of pur guests, camping availability, a beautiful front lawn for our ceremony, a converted barn for a rustic but elegant reception, and endless photo opportunities. Our guests were in love with the setting, and so impressed with the service that Marcel and Randy provided. We were also grateful for their assistance, attention to detail, and endless efforts to ensure our day was perfect. Call today to reserve your date!
