Amazing service. Susan has such an eye for event design. From fabrics to colours to overall design I felt very lucky to have had Susans expertise. One of the best in the city!!!! Loved working with them!

I had a great experience working with Susan for our table linens. Her showroom is stunning and made the process that much more fun. Overall I was very satisfied with the end results and would highly recommend her services.

I was very impressed by Susan Murray International's beautiful linens and breathtaking showroom. Everything there was something we couldn't wait to add to our wedding.

Unfortunately, the downside of hiring Susan Murray is certainly not worth the beautiful linens. I had the absolute WORST time with their customer service. After the original quote, I emailed in my changes a couple weeks before the wedding. They never confirmed my final numbers with me and had just gone ahead and charged me. The numbers were incorrect and they overcharged me. I then received the wrong size of tablecloths the day before the wedding and when I called to ask why, everything I said went in one ear and out the other. As if that wasn't enough, the morning of the wedding we were missing 2 table linens. They tried to convince me that my venue had set up 2 extra tables rather than admitting they made a mistake.

Then after the fact, I had to email them back and forth for weeks to get my money back that they had overcharged me because they could not understand simple math.

I would NEVER hire Susan Murray International again.

Big Ego, Unprofessional, Rude.

I was organizing my Toronto wedding from Calgary, and Susan was totally accomodating! She always made time to see us when we were in Toronto, and was available by phone and e-mail when we were back in Calgary. I gave Susan an idea of what I wanted for my flowers (my bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, boutonnieres, mothers' coursages and centrepieces) but I never actually saw anything before the wedding because I was in Calgary. I got to see everything only a few hours before the wedding (can you tell that I totally trusted her?) and they were better than I could have pictured! Susan and her team did such an amazing job with the flowers and decor. I would never use another decor/rental company again!

I am a hardworking successful professional who has called up many decorating services asking to see what they offer. Unfortunately, my phone conversation with "the" Susan Murray left me feeling belittled and criticized. I think the ego runs extremely high with Miss Murray. Although she does high-end upscale weddings she will let you know that does by relaying very sarcastic and egotistical comments. Miss Murray, with all do respect, you are not the ONLY one who has something to boast about. There are many exceptional vendors who provide services for upscale clients. And as a professional myself, I wouldn't want to ever talk down to a client! Humility and kindness go a LONG way in ANY business. Learn a lesson in humility before you boast about who you are, and what you do and do not provide to your exclusive upscale clients! Just a major turn-off!

Susan Murray is by far one of the best in the industry! Great to work with and full of ideas! from the moment I stepped into her showroom I was sold. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a variety of quality decor rentals.
