  Stressful & Exhausting

  No contract signed, took money off our credit card without a final bill to us first, wrong décor and items brought to wedding site, charged for things that they didn't set up for us-this is to just name a few

  Overall 100% happy with service

  Very easy to work with. Tent set up was quick, amazing receptionists, great e mail response time, overall 100% happy with everything. Great information given when choosing a tent size. We explained everything that would be under the tent and the recommended tent size was exactly what we needed. Receptionist was extremely helpful, answered all questions via telephone and e mail. I’m so happy with the overall service. Jaclyn was such a pleasure to talk with, got us all settled in and organized, helped us choose the perfect tent, very impressive email response rate. Tasha helped us and was honest about a minor situation we experienced after the rental, handled very quickly and professionally
