This rental company was so easy to work with, their products were on point, but most of all they were extremely flexible and helpful when we had messed up our return schedule! If you’re looking for a no hassle, no headache rental vendor option- choose Elite Party Rentals! Terrible customer service. Extremely high delivery fees.. even if its down the street its an automatic $70.. Chairs were very dirty and in rough shape. Overall no impressed with their service. Would NOT recommend!!!Elite Party Rentals's reply:
We are sorry you are disappointed. The chairs were not dirty and in rough shape, lets be honest, you ordered BLACK Chiavari chairs, (brand new), and we gave you great customer service, just not the answer you were looking for.
You booked, paid for and had chairs delivered, which then you chose not to use. We still delivered the rest of your order as well, and you were very happy at the time. As per your contract, there are no refunds on orders held and paid for.....If you go to Home Depot, or any other rental place and reserve, rent a tool, or equipment, and it is reserved, paid for and delivered, it would be the same.
We work very hard to ensure items are available for customers who reserve and pay for their rentals, I can no longer rent these items to anybody else, they are held for you. Our staff has brought them down, loaded our truck, delivered them to your venue, and then you decided you didn't need them. We thank you for your response, and for bringing our rating down, which is not fair, you are not being honest, you are angry that you made a mistake, you didn't cancel them, and now, we are paying the price. Sadly, at some point, people need to take responsibility for their part. You also rented white resin chairs, which you kept for the ceremony, the lady who came in to return your white resin chairs was lovely and gracious. We refunded your pick up fee as you returned the rest of the items you kept.
Thank you for your business, we do appreciate it, even still, but we do not deserve this review because you forgot to cancel.

If you’re in the Barrie area, Elite is definitely the best. Their rentals are well taken care of and clean. I compared their prices to others around as well, and they have the best prices. -

Elite Party Rentals provided us with our chairs and table runners for our wedding on July 13th at Drysdales Tree Farm. The linens arrived on time in great condition. Easy to arrange and stress-free with delivery and pick up. -

Vinod B. Sent on 02/09/2017Rentals are a great price for diy projects which don't take long to set up. We did a simple modern theme of black and white with vibrant colours. The backdrop looks so good and didn't need more than that. We were happy with the price and service and quality of the product.
