  I dealt with Edmonton Party Rental for the past 2 years, I did see other review but decided to give them a chance, the lady I spoke with was very helpful and had great customer service. We had booked for our wedding in Spruce Grove, they cam on time and even set up the chairs ( which we did not pay for)
  
  I think that companies have bad a good days and maybe the other review was a bad day but we had no problem with them.
  
  I have referred them to my sister in law for her kids birthday party as they do bouncers as well.
  
  I would use them again.

  Absolutely horrible service. We ordered and PAID for chairs for our outdoor ceremony on July 11, 2015 the chairs were supposed to arrive between 9-10:00 am and they NEVER arrived. The lady (Helcim) we spoke with from Edmonton Party Rentals called the morning of ensuring us they would be there and yet no one showed up. Our groomsmen had to find last minute chairs and rush to go and get them leaving them no time to get ready for the ceremony. We called and complained and they have still not reimbursed us our money for the chairs and it’s been 4 months. If i could suggest a vendor it would be ABC Rentals they are the ones that helped by having chairs ready for us with in 30 minutes.
  Do not use this company they are an absolute scam.
